The first part of Vice Ganda's new home is finally here, and let me tell you, it is GORGEOUS. Vice shares that he bought the property five to six years ago but when his lolo passed away, nawalan siya ng gana ipatayo yung bahay. Eventually, he went back to it, and it took three years to finish construction. The TV host was supposed to move in in March but the pandemic happened, and the process got delayed. Though it isn't quite done yet—everything is still in boxes—Vice gives us a quick look inside his 1,300 sqm. home.

He describes the design as industrial, with stone, metal, and glass elements all over. Upon entering, you'll see a huge space with all the boxes that have yet to be opened.

The powder room has a toilet that came all the way from Dubai.

To make things easier for his mom, Vice had an elevator built into the house.
The house also has a den, which doubles as his entertainment area and office because Vice likes to watch TV while having meetings. A guest room is connected to the den.
Check out the dining area:

And here's the clean kitchen: It has an island counter, storage space, and a dumbwaiter. A dumbwaiter is like an "elevator" for your food, lol.

The dirty kitchen looks unreal, even Vice was shocked, haha! "Bakit ganito kalaking kitchen ang ginawa ninyo? Munggo lang naman inuulam ko tuwing Biyernes at tsaka galunggong."

We also see the pool area, bar, and a potential space for parties!
