Where You Can Donate To Help Those Affected By Typhoon Ulysses

Here's how you can help.

On Thursday, November 12, Typhoon Ulysses triggered floods and affected several areas in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon. Places like Marikina and Rizal were heavily hit, with many residents fleeing to their rooftops or braving the water just to get to safety. Evacuation efforts started as early as Wednesday night, but too many of our kababayans suffered—some, still waiting to be rescued.

Kaya Natin

Kaya Natin, in partnership with the Office of Vice President Leni Robredo, is working on relief operations for those affected by typhoons Rolly and Ulysses.

Photos of stranded animals went viral on social media when Typhoon Ulysses hit. Pawssion Project, an animal welfare group, rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes animals but their shelter in Bulacan was also greatly affected.

Monetary donations, no matter how small, can go a long way in helping victims of the typhoon. Money collected through this project will be used to purchase underwear and hygiene kits. Aside from cash, in-kind donations like unused clothes, blankets, bottled water, face masks, hygiene kits, and medicine are welcome. All gathered donations from this project will be directly donated to the Office of the Vice President on November 25, 2020.
