The husband and wife, who recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, have quashed breakup rumors thanks to a series of shots released since the new year hit. 1. A blue Valentine doesn’t have to be lovelorn! Take it from Heart and Chiz, who celebrated Mrs. Escudero’s birthday‚ and their pre-wedding anniversary, in blue-hued matching blazers, featuring Heart’s all-Fendi getup. 

   

2. Days before, the couple was already eager to celebrate Heart hitting the big 3-8 in a series of parties. During a dinner at Blackbird Makati, the lovebirds both wore their own takes on the classy gathering outfit. Here, Heart opted for a shimmering silvery dress paired with a black fur coat, while her husband Chiz went for the black blazer and jeans combo.

3. Neutrals took a romantic spin for the power couple during a private party at the Manila House, where Heart slipped on a modest brown long-sleeved ensemble. Chiz complemented it with a top of the same shade, layered over a crisp white blazer. 

   

4. On a night on the town with celebrity dermatologist Dr. Aivee Teo, the couple was the poshest sight for dinner. Heart donned a patterned dress and a black double-breasted blazer. Meanwhile, Chiz went for business casual, adding a bit of an experimental take with a silver jacket, relaxed jeans, and pair of white sneaks.

5. The city of lights is romance encapsulated, so rest assured that Heart and Chiz will arrive full steam ahead. The two walked down the steps of Hotel Lutetia hand-in-hand, with Heart wearing a sable fur coat and wide-legged trousers, paired with Chiz’s varsity jacket and leather pants.

   

6. In a shot that echoed old glamour, the couple walked the halls of Paris’ institutions in awe-inspiring looks, featuring Heart’s Tran Hung-designed geometric gown and Chiz’s spiffy tie combo.

7. Miles away from Europe, the city of Tokyo also got treated to the Heart-and-Chiz spectacle. Ready for the winter, the two donned weather-appropriate scarves and coats, with Heart opting for fur and a white trench, while Chiz chose knits and a shearling denim jacket.

   

8. But before the year even started, Mr. and Mrs. Escudero were already serving looks. Alongside their family, Heart and Chiz were decked out in shimmering looks fit for New Year’s Eve, including a detailed bomber jacket for Chiz and a metallic number for Heart. So chic!
