Maxene Magalona and Robby Mananquil just spent an amazing couple of weeks in the States, and they have couple OOTDs to prove it! The duo coordinated in outfits that followed the same color palette (black, black, and even more black), which makes mixing and matching a breeze.
Proving they’re total pros at packing for a long vacation, Max and Rob kept it simple in basic pieces that make getting dressed a painless process and can be worn again and again.
They favored clean, classic lines, like this blush coat on Maxene and this similar gray style on Robby. Maxene also relied on the roomy Givenchy Pandora bag to get her through the trip—she had them in nude, black, and red!
For a walk around Central Park, the two twinned in black and white—though Maxene couldn’t resist adding a pop of color via her yellow Balenciaga City bag.
Take it from these two: Footwear-wise, you can’t go wrong with black boots. During a lunch break in New York (Halal Guys, yum!), Max went for lace-up Dr Martens, while Robby channeled his inner Harry Styles in Chelsea boots.
For a sunny day in California, Max and Rob took their bleached denim jackets and cool sunglasses for a spin.
Plain white sneakers are, of course, necessary! If you still don’t have one, why?
While exploring Los Angeles, Maxene and Robby took their twinning game to the max by matching from head to toe.
Their Coachella outfits were spot-on, too! Bralets and teeny-tiny cutoffs for her, rock-inspired looks for him.
These two definitely prove that black need not be so dull and lifeless. Also, cute outfit, Max!
