Celebs And Fashionistas Make Their Own Flip-Flops

...And you can, too! Just head to Rockwell Tent on May 12-16 for the Make Your Own Havaianas event and customize your new pair to your liking.

Before the rain catches up with you...go and get the pair of flip-flops you've always wanted--one that you made yourself, no less!

This is what the Cosmo team did yesterday, May 10, when we headed off to Rockwell Tent for the opening of the sixth annual Make Your Own Havaianas (MYOH) event. The pre-opening luncheon was attended by several celebs and Havaianas ambassadors, called "Citizens of Summer," like Channel V VJ Alvey Alfonso, blogger Cecile Van Straten, hot surfer Luke Landrigan, and beauties Stephanie Kienle and Stephanie Zubiri, among others.

The event will be open to the public in Rockwell Tent starting tomorrow, May 12, up to May 16, beginning at 10AM.

In this year's MYOH, the popular flip-flops brand highlights stylish personal travel. Flip-flop-lovers and travel enthusiasts can personalize their very own Havaianas flip-flops by mixing and matching the colors of their soles and straps, and then embellishing them with fun and unique pins. Limited edition travel-inspired soles (available in Top and Slim designs), straps, and iconic pins from around the world will be made available during the event, so you can create the flip-flop pair that will allow you to travel in personalized style.
