Converse collaborated with bands The Ramones, The Clash, and Blondie for a collection of Chucks inspired by their music and image. Converse's Jack Purcell line also collaborated with designer John Varvatos for another limited edition designer kicks worthy of rock stars.

Any die-hard punk music lover would know that The Ramones is one of the most influential bands in the 70s. They were a breath of fresh air at a time when pop songs ang ballads were everywhere. They may not have been commercially successful, but the band paved the way for the many punk acts that followed. Their style is minimalist yet edgy, hence the look of the three pairs Converse created in their name.
