Queen Rania of Jordan could choose to lead the easy life if she wanted to—we're sure being married to the King of Jordan, Abdullah bin al-Hussein has its perks—but that clearly won't do for the 46-year-old queen consort. On her Instagram bio, she calls herself "a mum and a wife with a really cool day job," a fitting description for this driven career woman.

Queen Rania is passionate about education, and she spearheads several organizations to make learning accessible to the youth in her country. She's also an advocate for quality education for children around the world, and has even penned several books for kids.

Given her status as a girl boss to look up to, Queen Rania certainly dresses the part. It's not just her work ethic that's inspiring—her elegant OOTDs are, too! Here are just some of our favorites:

Don't forget unconvential details, like lace-up panels, to keep things interesting.

Or how about a fringed hemline to perk up a black pencil skirt?

Maybe a cutout shoulder for that subtlest flash of skin?

A trumpet silhouette plus a busy print plus an asymmetrical hemline somehow works.
