Twitter Question: Where To Find Sheer Tops? columnist Bianca Valerio talks about the best place to snag elusive fashion finds: BAZAARS! Read about the ones you can look forward to this pre-holiday season!

Twitter question from @YourHappyPerson: "I've been wanting to wear those sheer tops...[I've] been to different malls and I can't seem to find them anywhere! Help!"

We know just how you feel! There's nothing more frustrating than knowing exactly what you want yet not being able to find it at the mall!

But, why limit yourself to the mall? With the vast options for shopping to your heart's (and budget's) desire, try hunting down bazaars! Not only do they allow you to haggle for the best prices, these bazaars also offer a variety of concessionaires of imported, on-season items from Hong Kong, Bangkok, China, and Korea at very reasonable prices. You're sure to find unique pieces--and just the items you were looking for (case in point: sheer tops!).

Most bazaars are seasonal, but with the holiday rush slowly creeping in, there are lots of bazaars around the corner for you to delight in! Here are a few to mark on your calendars:
