Love Makeup And Coffee? These Cafés By Local Beauty Brands Deliver Both

Published on Apr 23, 2026
There was a time when a quick beauty run meant swatching lipsticks under fluorescent lights and leaving with a new blush (and maybe a slightly lighter wallet). Now? Your favorite local beauty brands are inviting you to stay a while—latte in hand, gloss freshly applied.
Somewhere between the rise of lifestyle retail and the collective craving for third spaces, beauty cafés have officially entered the chat. And TBH, it makes perfect sense. If you're already spending an hour (be honest 👀) testing products and taking mirror selfies, why not do it over good coffee and even better Instagrammable spaces?
Ahead, the local beauty brands redefining the shopping experience—plus exactly where to find them.
But first: Why are beauty brands opening cafés?
If you've been noticing more and more beauty brands open up cafés, you're not alone. As shopping moves online, physical stores are being reimagined as experience-led spaces. Industry insights show that cafés help brands create more immersive, human-centered environments—giving people a reason to visit, stay, and connect beyond just buying something.
And that "stay longer" part is v important. According to the Wall Street Journal, retail research has found that the longer customers spend in-store, the more likely they are to purchase—something cafés already naturally encourage.
There's also a sensory advantage. Studies on coffee shop environments highlight how ambiance—lighting, scent, music—directly impacts customer satisfaction and return visits. Pair that with beauty (which is already tactile and visual!) and you get a more immersive, memorable experience overall.
But even outside of physical cafés, beauty and food have already been overlapping in a big way. Just look at Rhode—it has built an entire visual language around glazed donuts, smoothies, and dewy, "edible"-looking skin. That same food-adjacent storytelling shows up across campaigns, pop-ups, and product drops, reinforcing how closely beauty is now tied to sensory, lifestyle-driven experiences.
LIST: Local Beauty Brands That Opened Cafés
Issy Café
Location: Issy Flagship Store, Glorietta 4, Makati
If your ideal beauty routine is low-effort but still pulled together, Issy's café will feel like home to you.
Opened in February 2026 inside Space Issy at Glorietta 4, the space is clean, neutral, and easy on the eyes—basically the same energy as the brand's makeup products. The drinks lean just as considered (think matcha, coffee, nothing overly complicated), which fits the whole vibe. You can sit, take your time, and properly see how a product wears while sipping on your drink instead of deciding in five minutes under store lighting while getting hassled by a store associate.

Sunnies Coffee
Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, SM City Cebu, Festival Mall, SM City Dasmariñas, Festive Walk Iloilo, SM Megamall, Glorietta 2, SM City Roxas, Robinsons Magnolia, SM City Sta. Rosa, SM City Bacoor, SM City Sta. Mesa, SM City Baguio, SM Southmall, SM City Batangas, Uptown Mall BGC, SM CDO Downtown Premiere, Sunnies World High Street
Sunnies Coffee is nestled inside select Sunnies Studios stores, alongside their frames, makeup (Sunnies Face), and even lifestyle pieces (Sunnies Flask)—so the whole space ends up feeling like a one-stop shop for the brand's entire world.
The setup is clean, bright, and easy to move through. You can browse, pick up a drink, try on frames, swatch a lip product, pay, then head out—all in one store. And that's the appeal of the store: The same way that Sunnies leans into effortless, everyday beauty, the coffee concept fits right into your routine. Everything you need is all in one v convenient (and aesthetic) place.

blk Café
Location: G/F Ayala Malls Manila Bay
Blk's café in the South is exactly the kind of place where you tell yourself you're just dropping by—and then suddenly, you're seated with a drink (and maybe a beauty shopping list).
The space leans into what blk already does well: soft, pretty, and approachable. It doesn't feel intimidating or overly styled, which makes it easy to hang out, test products, and have a kwentuhan sesh with your besties.
The drinks, in collaboration with Yardstick Coffee, make it feel like a real café, not just a setup for aesthetics. So you can swatch something, sit down with a proper cup, look at it again, and decide later.

Bonus: GRWM Cosmetics + 2.15 Coffee
Location: 328 Molino Road, Molino 3, Bacoor, Cavite
GRWM Cosmetics doesn't have a café in the traditional sense like the other beauty brands in this list—but the crossover is already there.
Founder Mae Layug also owns 2.15 Coffee, and in July 2023, the two came together in a shared space in Molino, Bacoor. You can browse GRWM's products, then grab a drink right after—no separate stops needed. It's not overly conceptual, which actually works in its favor. The setup feels more casual, a little lived-in, and v easy to move around in.
(Editor's note: 2.15 Coffee announced that they were taking a break last January 2025 to renovate their space, and as of this writing, they still have not reopened. Crossing our fingers that they re-open soon!)
