The meeting rooms are another standout. Instead of boring numbers or generic labels, each room is named after a Philippine city or region—with their biggest ones being Manila and Davao. It's a clever way to ground a global brand in its local roots, and honestly, it adds a lot of character to what could've been just another conference room.
Their massive pantry is the kind of break room you'd actually want to hang out in—complete with long tables, cozy booths, and a dreamy view of the Ortigas skyline. It felt more like a café than a corporate kitchen, perfect for mid-day resets or team catch-ups over coffee.

What makes this office stand out isn't just the design—it's the future-ready mindset behind it. Balai Beauté sits in a LEED Gold-certified building, with ergonomic workspaces (hello, video call-ready whiteboards and livestream rooms!) and a focus on flexibility and well-being. It's built for how people actually work today: hybrid, fast-paced, and collaborative.
At their launch event, Sense of Purpose, L’Oréal Philippines brought together partners, students, and NGOs to highlight their work in sustainability and social impact—from recycling beauty empties to training thousands through their Beauty For A Better Life program.
In the end, Balai Beauté didn't feel like just an HQ—it's a symbol of what beauty can look like when it's backed by purpose and a little local flair. And yes, I'm still dreaming about that in-office beauty store.
