Andrea Brillantes Danced To KATSEYE's 'Gabriela' From A Hospital Room—And The Internet's Reactions Were Hilarious

We get it—TikTok is life. And no one proves it better than Andrea Brillantes, even from a hospital bed.
In her latest TikTok, Andrea wasn't just lip-syncing or striking cute poses. She went full performance mode, dancing to KATSEYE’s "Gabriela" with full energy, all while rocking a hospital gown. Her caption read, "di magpapatalo sa sakit," indicating that (obviously) she's at the hospital to recover from an undisclosed illness at the moment.
It's quite an absurd thing to do when you're at the hospital, but she might have been trying to beat hospital boredom by dancing. (She still ate, tho.) Even better? It looks like KATSEYE's own Sophia Laforteza caught wind of the video and dropped the ultimate fangirl-approved comment: "period." LOL!

The Internet reacts to Andrea Brillantes dancing while confined in a hospital
Not gonna lie, it's hard not to be both entertained and a little shook after watching Andrea's "Gabriela" dance cover. We wish there would be a better dance cover in the future, where she's in a better condition, you know?
But as we all wait for that better version, we just couldn't help but also notice the Internet's reaction to Andrea's newest TikTok. Most of them were absolutely speechless with the fact that she's in a hospital and still all out dancing.
While others had their own funny takes on Andrea's TikTok. Some of them asked where Andrea got her dress. Some fans even joked about calling Nurse Even—the viral nurse-slash-content creator known for his hilarious POVs about dealing with patients who won't just stay put.
An online user commented, "yellow basket po ng dress?" asking for a check-out link for Andrea's (hospital) gown. Someone also said, "Ito yung literal na 'doc gising na po ang pasyente mo' hahaha."
Another complimented Andrea's dancing skills in a witty way saying, "She didn't give birth but she delivers." On point! Andrea even liked the comment :)
And of course, there are fans who expressed concern for the actress. One fan wrote, "pagaling ka Blythe!!" As of writing, the video has garnered three million views on TikTok alone.

Andrea recently starred in the teleserye, Batang Quiapo, alongside Jake Cuenca, Coco Martin, and more. Back in March 2025, she talked about working on some v sultry scenes with Jake for the first time.
The former child star declared her eagerness to challenge herself in becoming the versatile actress she aspires to be. Ultimately, she conquered the scene. "It's my job as an actress. Kine-claim ko kasi ang pagiging versatile actress ko. I can't claim my versatility if I cannot do roles like this," she told in the interview with ABS-CBN News.
