Is Angelica Panganiban Joining The Derek Ramsay Exes GC Soon? Ellen Adarna Tells Her It's Fun

While Ellen Adarna and Angelica Panganiban, both former partners of Derek Ramsay, aren't exactly friends, their parallel experiences could easily spark one. In an interview with journalist Karen Davila, Angelica opened up about her private life, including her marriage and her past relationship with Derek. She also gave the funniest reaction to the recent rift between Derek and his wife Ellen.

When asked whether she’d heard about the recent cheating allegations of Derek and how she felt about it, Angelica said, "Parang nadismaya in a way na parang, 'Oh talaga ba?’ Hinahanap ko yung pake ko talaga noong una. 'May pake ba ako?' Wala naman akong pake pero, yun nga parang may ano lang parang, 'Talaga ba?'"

"Parang nagulat lang ako. Baka yun yung term, nagulat lang ako na, ah hindi pala kumalma," she added with a laugh.

Angelica said she only met Ellen once even though they both dated Derek and John Lloyd Cruz at different points. Still, she thinks they'd get along just fine, joking that she hasn't been invited to the "exes" group chat yet.  ICYMI, it's a reference to Ellen's previous revelation where she made a group chat with Derek's exes after an alleged cheating issue.

"Marami kaming [Ellen] pag-uusapan. Huwag lang niya i-screenshot ah. Huwag lang niya i-record," Angelica joked, pointing to Ellen's recent screenshot posts on Instagram.

Angelica wished Ellen well and acknowledged how difficult it is to navigate relationship issues, especially when you have kids. But from what she's seen, she believes Ellen is a great mom. In her conversation with Karen, Angelica even joked about what she'd tell Ellen if they were younger: "Eto naman, hindi na natuto sa akin!"

Of course, Ellen couldn't let the moment pass and it definitely looks like she watched the interview from start to finish. In an Instagram Story, she filmed herself tuning in and responding to Angelica in her caption, saying, "Promise, masaya and nakakatawa yung groupchat," even tagging the actress in the post.
