Bea Alonzo Unexpectedly Reacts To Those Wedding Rumors—And We're So Here For It

Just when we thought she was keeping it all under wraps, Bea Alonzo gave us a rare and real-time response to some rumors at the GMA Gala 2025. It's unexpected, but it's definitely something we've been waiting for—well, at least for us. Our December 2023 cover star, Bea Alonzo, just responded to inquiries about her rumored upcoming wedding.
In the middle of her GMA Gala 2025 red carpet interview with Tim Yap, Janeena Chan, and Martin Javier, Bea was very game to answer their questions, not just about her dress for the night, but also about her love life.
Tim was the one who initiated the conversation by saying, "Gusto kong tanungin if ikakasal na siya," which triggered laughs from all of them. Martin sustained the question and asked permission from Bea if it's okay to ask it live.
It wasn't something that threw Bea off. Smiling and laughing along with the hosts, Bea declared, "Alam mo yung Internet, [they're] like a few chapters away—or ahead of the actual thing that's happening." It wasn't a direct denial, but her words seemed disagreeing with circulating speculations that she's about to wed businessman Vincent Co soon.
Janeena chimes in the conversation expressing how much she's looking forward to seeing Bea become a bride. "Excited na kasi kami," Janeena complimented, which Bea gladly accepted.
Bea pointed out and assured everyone that she's not in any rush at all. "Right now, I'm enjoying life," she said, before she went off the interview segment.

In another topic, this year marks GMA's 75th anniversary, making tonight's gala a truly special occasion. To celebrate, Bea also decided to do something equally memorable with her look. Dressed in Elie Saab, she embraced her feminine energy in a stunning pinkish nude gown that highlighted her graceful, elegant side. Love it for her!

As for her quick response to the rumored wedding, it may have been the first time Bea directly addressed the persistent speculation surrounding it. ICYDK, the rumors all started when Bea and the non-showbiz businessman were spotted at several gatherings that involved some of their family and friends.
Just a couple of months back, the two made a quite official public appearance together in a private event with Heart Evangelista and their other friends. In the photo, Vincent was seen putting his arm over Bea as they pose for a snap. The photo was shared by Heart on Instagram last June 2025.
There's no definite basis about the speculations, but Bea's rumored engagement with Vincent came more than a year after her breakup with her ex-fiancé, Dominic Roque.
Bea's currently taking a break from acting projects. Her most recent series was Widow's War, which aired in 2024. Now, she's all about traveling and spending more time with her family.
