Bea's approach to wellness has also changed as she looks ahead to building a family with her husband Vincent. "I'm in my soft girl era," she shared, reflecting on how her priorities around self-care, wellness, and confidence have evolved.
"Right now, I have become more intentional and more conscious about longevity," Bea said. "I just got married, and naturally, of course, we're planning to try to have kids in the future and build a family. And when that day comes, I'd love to be able to have the energy to run around with my kids and to play with them and not just watch from the sidelines."
It's a different mindset from the quick-fix approach she used to have when it came to fitness and wellness. "So kung before, I would resort to like, the quick fixes, or the latest new fitness trend, right now, I invest more in my future self," she explained.
"And that's not to say na ayoko maging maganda—of course, I still want to look good. But ultimately, my priority now is to have the energy to enjoy every chapter of my life."
For Bea, that future isn't just about becoming a mom, either. She's also excited about everything that's still waiting for her personally and professionally. When asked what the headline of her life would be right now, she answered, "Just getting started."
"Kasi di ba, you've seen me in many different chapters of my life. I've lived many lives and you've seen them all. But somehow, I feel like I'm only getting started," she said.
"You know, I'm so excited for what's to come personally and professionally, and I know that there is so much more life I still need to experience."
We're so happy for you, Bea! 🤍
