BB Gandanghari's Coming Out
PBB is not just about the fun and controversies, it has also aired empowering stories like that of BB Gandanghari, formerly known as Rustom Padilla.
During her time in the house, BB had a heartfelt and vulnerable conversation with fellow housemate Keanna Reeves, where she came out and shared the inner battles she had long faced.
"So, pinilit ko na baguhin [sarili ko]. Alam mo yun, hindi baguhin kundi pinilit kong hindi maging gano'n. Bagaman laging sinasabi na gano'n ka, may mga tanong ngayon na, paano yung may asawa ka.. Lagi ko sinasabi na wala akong dapat i-explain. Kasi at that time, ayoko, I was confused. Kumbaga, ayoko maging ganon," she revealed.
BB later shared that it was only after moving to the United States in search of self-discovery that she began to truly understand and embrace her identity.
This emotional and deeply personal moment resonated with audiences across the country, becoming a pivotal milestone for LGBTQ+ representation on mainstream Filipino television.

Bea Saw’s iconic line: "Respect is earned"
Being with each other 24/7 with people you barely know inevitably creates tension—just like what happened to Bea Saw and Maricris Dizon on PBB.
A clash stemmed from an incident where Maricris hinted to Nel Rapiz that Bea had feelings for him, then proceeded to taunt her about it in front of him, pushing Bea into an uncomfortable spot.
Tensions flared when Maricris continued to needle Bea despite her visible frustration. Things escalated quickly, and in the heat of the moment, Maricris made alarming remarks that crossed the line.
"Ang respeto, hindi 'yan ini-impose, Maricris. Ini-earn 'yan! Act your age!" Bea exclaimed, delivering what would become one of the most iconic lines in PBB history that still gets quoted to this day.

Klarisse De Guzman: "Sorry kung naapakan pagka-love team niyo"
“Sorry kung naapakan pagka-love team niyo.” With that single line, Klarisse De Guzman delivered what would become an instant classic in PBB history, so much so that Vice Ganda later quoted it on It’s Showtime. And to think, Klarisse’s season isn’t even over yet as of this writing.
The viral moment came after Klarisse confronted housemates Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera, whose growing closeness was starting to interfere with their group task. Taking on her role as the responsible "Ate" in the house, Klarisse called them out.
However, the confrontation quickly escalated, especially when Dustin took her comments personally. Standing her ground, Klarisse fired back with the now-iconic line, drawing the boundary between playing housemate and playing house.

Kit Thompson's "masasamang words"
If you’re an avid Filipino social media user, chances are you’ve come across the viral meme that says, "Gusto kong sumabog at magsalita ng masasamang words"—a line that became iconic for relatability and conyo delivery. But did you know this memorable quote actually came from a scene in PBB? And it was none other than Kit Thompson who said it.
Kit uttered the now-viral line during an emotional moment with his fellow housemates, as they opened up about the stress and tension caused by their limited food supply.
"Kayo yung unang nagpakita ng attitude niyo...Hindi naman talaga ako masamang tao. Sila mabait sa akin, ako mabait sa kanila. 'Pag kayo, masama sa'kin, masama rin ako sa inyo. Ganoon lang ka-simple. Kaya kung babastusin niyo ako, 'wag kayo magtaka kung babastusin kita," Kit said through tears.
"Gusto ko sumabog, magsabi ng mga masasamang...mga words. Kaya ako, tinitiis ko talaga," he added.

Mitch Talao and Dudz Ibanez's Wedding
What made Mitch Talao and Dudz Ibanez’s wedding inside BNK so special was that it marked the first-ever wedding in the show’s history—and it was an LGBT union. Although the couple had been legally married before the show, they had never been able to formally celebrate it in the Philippines due to the absence of a same-sex marriage law. So, they chose to make it official in their own way—inside the PBB house.
The housemates worked hard to prepare for the ceremony, helping every step of the way. Mitch and Dudz exchanged heartfelt vows in a touching celebration of their love.
"You have proven that love knows no gender or preference. Ikinararangal kayo ng LGBT community, at ikinararangal ko rin kayo," Kuya expressed.

Ethel Booba's attempt to escape Bahay Ni Kuya
Have you ever wondered what would happen if a PBB housemate tried to escape Bahay ni Kuya (BNK)? Well, Ethel Booba actually attempted it once.
It all started when Kuya advised the housemates to look more presentable in public—a comment that didn’t sit well with Ethel. Known as one of the most pasaway personalities that season, she took offense, packed her things, and planned to leave the house.
Fortunately, her fellow housemates were able to calm her down, and she eventually opened up about the incident with Kuya in the Confession Room. While the issue was resolved at the time, Ethel ultimately chose to take a voluntary exit from BNK a few weeks later.
