Here's Everything That Went Down At The Cosmo Sunset Party With Club Penshoppe

Sunset, style, and a little bit of sparkle—just the way we like it! On April 28, 2025, Cosmopolitan Philippines teamed up with Penshoppe for a golden hour affair: the Cosmo Sunset Party With Club Penshoppe at Straight Up Bar, Seda Vertis North. And let's just say: we all understood the assignment. With the city skyline as our backdrop and the energy of a perfect summer evening, we toasted to all things bold, beautiful, and stylish AF.

And just when we thought the night couldn't get better, Penshoppe endorsers Julia Barretto, Darren Espanto, and Cassy Legaspi showed up and joined the fun, serving looks, mingling with guests, and proving that fashion and fun are always a good idea.

Guests arrived just in time for golden hour, welcomed with cocktails (a need, ofc!), music, and just all-around good vibes. Everyone was out to celebrate, connect, and enjoy a night of fashion-forward fun. 

While getting ready for the main event, everyone had a lot of fun playing Sunset Games with the Cosmo Crushes, and best believe that they brought out a whole looot of kilig!

Ida Aldana, Executive Editor of Cosmo, officially kicked off the program with a heartfelt welcome that set the tone for the night—and yes, she looked good AF doing it (in a swimsuit-turned-top paired with a long, white denim skirt, both Penshoppe, ofc). The host, Erika Kristensen, also gave a special shoutout to the VVIPs in the crowd: Brandon Liu, Brand Director of Penshoppe and Francisco Droege, Chief Product Officer.

Next up: a little something for the savvy shoppers. Up next came the Club Pen Speed Styling Challenge! Three fashion-forward duos were chosen, where each pair had to put together a full outfit using Penshoppe pieces—30 seconds to browse, one minute to style, and another 30 seconds to explain the look.

It was fast-paced, creative, and a little chaotic in the best way. From summer beach babe vibes to chic layering, each look was completely unique—can you believe they only had a minute to come up with lewks? In the end, the loudest cheers crowned the winners, who each took home P10,000 worth of Penshoppe gift vouchers. Not bad for a night of style and spontaneity!

With the formal program wrapped, it was time to let loose and have fun. DJ Margáchi turned up the music, the lights dimmed just right, and guests danced, socialized, and partied the night away under the stars. Julia, Cassy, and Darren even got in on the fun, too! We spotted them dancing to the summer beats.
