There’s something about a hotel date that makes everything feel a little more romantic: the dressier outfit, the cocktails, the candlelit table, the very good food. And when the hotel happens to be where you're staying for the night? Even better.
It's a no-fail way to have a date to remember if you've got an anniversary or milestone coming up. Not only are you assured of excellent food by some of Metro Manila's best chefs, but you also have an excuse to dress to the nines to match that 5-star vibe.
Whether you're marking an anniversary or simply looking for an excuse to make date night feel extra, these hotel restaurants in Metro Manila are worth booking.
Hotel Restaurants In Metro Manila For Date Night
The Magic Table at The Penthouse, Grand Hyatt

Location: Penthouse No. 66, Grand Hyatt Manila, 8th Avenue corner 35th Street, Bonifacio Global City
For a one-of-a-kind dinner date, make a reservation for The Magic Table at Grand Hyatt Manila, an immersive dining experience that combines a fine-dining meal with interactive mentalism and magic. Located at Penthouse No. 66 on the top floor of the hotel, it offers a dramatic, panoramic view of the Bonifacio Global City skyline from up above.
During the two-hour, 5-course dinner, guests enjoy a specially crafted menu alongside 3D projection mapping and interactive puzzles right at their table. Directed by acclaimed world-champion mentalists Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass (The Clairvoyants from Season 11 of America’s Got Talent), the couple serves as your digital hosts, guiding guests through mind-reading challenges, optical illusions, and storytelling projected directly onto the dining setting.
It's a feast for both the eyes and the belly where time will fly by as you unlock the mysteries of the table!
Samba

Location: 8/F Shangri-La at the Fort, 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City
Who says hotel dates have to be stuffy? Shangri-La at The Fort's Peruvian restaurant Samba strikes the perfect balance between laidback and luxe, with warm wood tones, detailed tile flooring, and stunning views of the surrounding city.
The space is also full of date-night-worthy details, including an intricately framed accent mirror that’s perfect for that soft-launch selfie. And then there's the food: expect three kinds of ceviche, steaks hot off the grill, and fresh seafood packed with punchy Peruvian flavors.
Ginza Nagaoka at Okada Manila

Location: UG/F Okada Manila, Entertainment City, New Seaside Drive, Parañaque City (Reservations via their website is highly recommended.)
Nothing screams special more than being able to secure a seat at an exclusive fine dining resto. Seating only 10 persons by the bar, Ginza Nagaoka fulfills that while offering an intimate and unforgettable Japanese dining experience. If Ginza Nagaoka's inclusion on the 2026 Michelin Selected list doesn't convince you to give them a visit, their sushi chef Junji Nagaoka's credential as a licensed fugu (or pufferfish) specialist should—after all, immense specialized training is required to handle the highly poisonous (!) fish.
There's no danger to be had at Ginza Nagaoka, though, but only tasty bites of the freshest sushi made upon order. You can choose from a Nigiri Omakase or a Sushi Omakase, both of which include a Chef's Selection of Appetizer plus soup and dessert. Prepare to feast 'coz the Nigiri Omakase has 12 pieces of nigiri plus one maki while the Sushi Omakase has sashimi, 10 pieces of nigiri, maki, and a Chef’s delicacy dish.
CRU Steakhouse at Manila Marriott Hotel

Location: G/F Manila Marriott Hotel, 2 Resort Drive, Newport World Resorts, Pasay City
Special occasions call for steak, and if you want to live it up for that special date, you can't go wrong with a romantic steak dinner. CRU Steakhouse exudes the classic steakhouse vibes, with dark-wood furnishings, crisp white tablecloths, and comfy plush chairs, so make sure to dress to match.
Even before they were awarded the Michelin Selected distinction for 2026, CRU has always been one of the go-tos for excellent grilled meat. Pair your steak with another CRU Steakhouse signature, their premium oysters.
Spices at The Peninsula

Location: G/F The Peninsula Manila, Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City
If you're craving a tropical honeymoon but can't fly out to Bali just yet, Spices is a worthy alternative. Located at the ground floor of The Peninsula Manila in an airy pavilion overlooking a koi pond and the hotel’s pools, Spices channels high-end resort feels with dark wood and bamboo fixtures, metal-backed chairs with intricate designs, and decor inspired by Bali.
The halal-certified and 2026 Michelin Selected restaurant lives up to its name with a Southeast Asian menu that is packed with spice and flavor with dishes like Yum Nua Yang or a spicy Wagyu striploin beef salad with a chili-lime dressing, the Traditional Beef Rendang, and Seafood Laksa. Spices also has a vegan menu for the plant-based girlies.
Finestra at Solaire Resort Quezon City

Location: 38/F Solaire Resort Quezon City, Vertis North, 1 Solaire Way, Quezon City
Based up North—of Metro Manila that is—and don't want to make the drive for luxe hotel food and vibes? Finestra at Solaire Resort North may be relatively new compared to the other restaurants on this list, but it's a solid option for fine Italian cuisine in Quezon City. Plus, one of our favorite things about Finestra is their floor-to-ceiling windows—after all, it doesn't get more romantic than dining with a magnificent view of the city and beyond.
This fine Italian restaurant offers an ala-carte menu of pasta, pizza, steak, and Italian mains, all curated by Chef Joel Manchia, who has over 20 years of culinary experience across Europe, Asia, and the US. But for a no-brainer Italian date, you can also go for their 3-course set menu, A Taste Across Italy, a quarterly menu which includes your choice of antipasti, main, and dessert.
Cantabria by Chef Chele Gonzalez at Westin Manila

Location: R/F The Westin Manila, San Miguel Avenue corner Lourdes Drive, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
Just like with Gallery by Chele and Deli by Chele, Chef Chele Gonzales' name attached to a restaurant is a sign of great food ahead—and Cantabria by Chef Chele Gonzales is no exception.
Drawing from his Spanish heritage, Chef Chele's menu for the 2026 Michelin Selected restaurant reflects flavors from the Northern coast of Spain. Think savory, spice-packed tapas, hearty Spanish classics like paella and callos, and lots of fresh seafood. The restaurant's interiors will also transport you to the Mediterranean coast, with light wood fixtures and a vibrant orange color scheme plus patterned blue soft-backed chairs. It has that rare mix of relaxed and refined, making it a great pick for a date that calls for something special.
