It's time once again for the Oscars of foodies: the unveiling of the Michelin Guide for 2027. This year, the Michelin Guide added 27 new restaurants to their roster of winners, which just means more places to try out on your next date with your S.O. Bookmark this list for your next date night!

Location: Green Sun Hotel, 2285 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City (Closed on Mondays)

Barely a year after they opened, FLOW by Chef Kevin Uy and his co-executive chef, Gabriel Ong has been awarded One Michelin Star for 2027—the only new addition to the starred list. But even before the recognition, the Peruvian-Filipino fine-dining restaurant has already been making waves for their tasting menus (P6,300/9 courses, P4,200/six courses) that showcase ingredients native to the Philippines and Peru.
It's the perfect spot for milestone dates like anniversaries, thanks to its understatedly classy ambiance of dark wood tones and dim lighting. You can opt to stay at their private dining area or at the chef's table that seats 8, which gives you a front-row view of the kitchen action. Whichever you choose, one thing's for sure: Make your reservations as soon as you can, because seats will now definitely fill up quickly.

Location: 7224 Malugay Street, Bel-Air, Makati City
One of our favorite chill date places, Bombvinos Bodega is part of the Michelin Selected restaurants for 2027. They may now be Michelin-recognized, but the vibes at this natural-wine bar are far from stuffy, making it the spot for casual Friday-night dates.
Available by-the-glass or by bottle, wine is, of course, a must. Pair your drink with their Vegan Sisig (P470) or Kesong Puti Toast with Tocino Crumble (P490), and don’t leave without getting soft serve with flavors that change every month.

Location: GCN Commercial Building, 240 Narra Street, Marikina Heights, Marikina City
Reservations: Book through Digámo's website
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (Closed Mondays and Tuesdays)
Marikina has always been a foodie destination, and Digámo's inclusion in the Michelin Selected list for 2027 just cements that fact. The fine-dining restaurant is also finely designed, with pieces from local artisans like Casama Home that give off a cozy, intimate vibe that's a perfect match to Marikina's neighborly atmosphere.
If you and your date are history nerds, you will enjoy Digámo's current tasting menu (starts at P3,500), by Chef Francis Lacson (who's also Michelin's Young Chef awardee!). Called Playful Evolution, it traces Filipino history through 10 courses like Sarsa Confusion (a dish that features elements of menudo, caldereta, and mechado) and C3 (their version of the iconic fast-food combo meal with crab).

Location: 112 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City
If you and your beau are looking for cozy comfort food in a space that'll still let you dress to the nines, Restaurant Idalia could be the date spot for you. At this newly awarded Michelin Selected restaurant, dishes are hearty so come hungry.
Pastas are comfortingly familiar but also elevated, like malfaldine pasta with pomodoro sauce, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano (P490); and cacio e pepe bucatini that uses a four-peppercorn mix (P490). For extra cozy vibes, get the Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks with risotto Milanese (P2,390). Then end your date with Bibingka Burnt Cheesecake or an Olive Oil Cake (P350) with lemon and creme fraiche.

Location: 389 Levanto Building, Jupiter Street, Bel-Air, Makati City
For reservations, visit their website.
Tasting menus don't have to be intimidating: take Tadhana, which earned both a spot on the Michelin Selected list for 2027 and a Michelin Opening of the Year award for their tasting menu (starts at P7,500) that features familiar flavors in a whole new package.
If you spent your first dates making tusok-tusok the kwek-kwek, you'll get a kick out of seeing Chef Francis Tariga's version of the neon orange balls on her contemporary Filipino tasting menu. Simply called Kwek Kwek, this course features a quail egg in an annatto pie tee cup with smoked ikura. Other familiar dishes that get a fun twist include the Binatog made into small bites with corn tortilla and a truffle foam, and Singulaw with wagyu, tomato nata, chicken skin, and an egg yolk jam.

Location: Unit 1B West Gallery Place, 9th Avenue, corner 28th Street Taguig City
When it comes to good food, Chef Jorge Mendez has become one of the people you can trust to deliver. Aside from Some Thai, whose Tomas Morato branch won a Bib Gourmand for another year, Chef Jorge's Makanai also earned a spot on this year’s Michelin Selected.
Makanai is made for laidback lunch dates, thanks to its sunny, airy interiors which feature light-wood fixtures and a cute painting of Crayon Shin-Chan and his family (including Shiro!). The food is Japanese comfort food that’s not exactly traditional but still works: like crispy Camembert Korokke (P450) stuffed with prosciutto, Pull-Apart Shokupan (P250) served with seaweed butter, and a Wagyu Bolognese Maze-Soba (P1,400) with A5 Wagyu Yakiniku and a marinated egg yolk.

Location: 13 V. Belarmino Street, Barangay Bucal, Silang, Cavite
On your next out of town date, make sure to make a stopover at Elaia by Cyma. If you're familiar with the classic Greek menu of Cyma by Chef Robbie Goco, you can expect the same freshness and flavor from the Michelin Selected restaurant, but in a gorgeous new setting of lush greenery.
Grilled meats are Elaia's signature like the Original Lamb Ribs (P1,850/500g, P3,200/1kg), Pampano (P280/100g), Sea Bass (P230/100g), and Prawns (P1,100). Pair your chosen main with fresh vegetables cooked in extra virgin olive oil like Green Beans (P295), Stewed Okra (P295) or Rice-Stuffed Peppers (P295). Of course, you can’t skip out on a Greek classic like their cheesy Moussaka (P895).
