This year's Preview Ball was a love letter to Filipino fashion. With the theme "Homegrown," the night celebrated the artistry, craftsmanship, and innovation of local designersâand our fave celebrities definitely understood the assignment.
Of course, being Preview's biggest night, the fashion was anything but understated. The champagne carpet became a runway of sultry silhouettes, intricate details, and interesting textures. Heaven Peralejo is no stranger to bringing the heat to any carpet she walks on. For the champagne carpet, the actress was clad in a black body-hugging frock that featured a simple maillot with a stunning chain mail overlay that skimmed the floor.

The Filipiniana dress, but make it modernâthat was how Mika Salamanca understood the assignment, and boy, did she deliver! She kept things classy and simple by showing up in traditional attire that was given a 2025 update: a "wet" bodice that made it look like it was molded to her body, oversized sleeves, and a thigh-high slit.

Michelle Dee proved that she's a fashion chameleon through and through by turning up to the party in a deconstructed modern barong by Mark Bumgarner. The piece reimagined the classic menswear staple with its sharp tailoring, sheer paneling, and a dramatic floor-sweeping skirt.

Another star who turned up in a Mark Bumgarner creation was Pia Jauncey, who looked regal AF in a sweeping white strapless column gown with black pleated accents. According to her stylist, the color is directly inspired by the national flower, the sampaguita, while the pleats are reminiscent of the wings of a mariposa butterfly.
