This talent release was updated on May 27, 2025. If you registered to this event before the date specified, please view the previous version for the terms you agreed to. In connection with my engagement with Summit Publishing Co., Inc. (the “Company”), I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. I agree to be photographed, recorded, videotaped or otherwise have preserved in permanent form my name, likeness, image, biographical material and/or voice (the “Content”) by the Company and/or its agents.
2. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images, copies, text or other digital or printed matter of the Content, or to its eventual use by the Company.
3. I agree that such Content may be used and reused, in whole or in part (whether embedded in other content or otherwise) by the Company and irrevocably authorize the Company and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries to copyright, publish, post on social media platforms or sites, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, display, otherwise lawfully use, and permit others to lawfully use: (a) my name, image, likeness, and voice; and (b) all photographs, screenshots, recordings, videotapes (including video edit downs), audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by myself and all derivatives of the foregoing, (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, and on any platform (such as, but not limited to, cable, satellite, IPTV, Internet/Online, social media platforms/sites, or video on demand), and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, publication by the Company, advertising/marketing, promotion or merchandise, for the Company or the Company’s brands. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall be come payable to me by reason of such use and that no further consent from me shall be necessary to exercise.
4. I acknowledge, consent and warrant that my personal information is accurate and provided voluntarily. I further acknowledge and warrant that all statements made by me and my opinions expressed in any of the Content or Materials, are solely my own and do not reflect the opinions and beliefs of the Company, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, customers or brands.
5. Pursuant to the foregoing, I confirm and authorize the Company to collect, use, store, disclose, modify, transfer and otherwise process any personal information I provide for the purposes set forth herein, including transfer to a third party. I understand that I have a right to access, correct and restrict use of certain personal information upon written notice to the Company, provided the same is still under the control and management of the Company. My personal information will be retained until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. It will then be returned and/or destroyed in accordance with relevant law/regulations.
6. I understand that the Company may share the Content, Materials, and my personal information with third-party partners, affiliates, or service providers as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this agreement. These third parties may include, but are not limited to, marketing agencies, media distributors, production companies, and technology service providers. Such sharing will be done in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company ensures that all third parties receiving the Content, Materials, or personal information adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. I understand that all of the Content, Materials including all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, electronic and digital copies of the Content or Materials, are the sole property of the Company. I agree not to contest the rights or authority granted to Company hereunder. I hereby forever release and discharge Company, its employees, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands whatsoever arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal or property rights from or related to any use of the Content or Materials pursuant to this Release.
8. I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the collection, use, and processing of my personal information or the Content/Materials provided under this agreement at any time. To exercise this right, I may submit a written request to the Company’s Data Privacy Office at dpo@summitmedia.com.ph, specifying the details of my withdrawal. Upon receipt of such a request, the Company will cease processing my personal information or using the Content/Materials, except as required to comply with legal obligations or as necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company. I acknowledge that any withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
9. This Release contains the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Release and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings with respect thereto. This Release may only be amended by a written document duly executed by all Parties.
