This Local Brand's Subtle Scents Make Everyday Feel Elevated—And Are Light Enough To Wear All Day

Published on Feb 13, 2026
You guys, it may only be February, but summer is already in the air—and it smells amazing. We have BOCU to thank for that.
The lifestyle store known for comfy, quality pieces just dropped its Summer 2026 collection on February 11, all about elevated minimalism with contrast layering, refined stripes, and blanket stitching. The collection speaks in clean lines and soft fabrics, and the finishing touch for us beauty girls—the part that'll make people do a double take—comes in a bottle.

The fragrances themselves are light, versatile, and effortless, perfect for everything from brunch to errands to a casual night out. They're the kind of everyday scents that make you feel put-together without even trying.
What do BOCU's fragrances actually smell like?
BOCU's fragrance line follows a simple coding system represented by the first digit: 1 for gender-neutral, 2 for men's, and 3 for women's. Plus, they're all priced at P1,099 for a bottle.
The gender-neutral scent is all about versatility and elegance, perfect for when you're switching things up or even sneaking it on at your partner's place. It blends serene lavender, velvety white florals, and a clean musk that feels as refreshing as a morning breeze. It's light, balanced, and fits right into your everyday routine.
The women's fragrance line is bright and fresh, with citrusy notes that gently wake up the senses and a soft peppery lift that adds just the right touch of intrigue. As it settles, there's a subtle, earthy warmth that lingers without being overpowering.
Meanwhile, the men's scent opens with a crisp and zesty blend of neroli and African marigold, then unfolds into the rich, woody heart of Moroccan cedarwood—balanced and refined, but memorable in all the right ways.
Chef Josh Boutwood is BOCU's new brand ambassador
Adding extra flavor (literally) is BOCU's first-ever brand ambassador, Chef Josh Boutwood. The collab kicked off at an intimate media dinner called Notes on Taste, held at Chef Josh's two-Michelin-star restaurant, Helm. The event was a carefully curated evening with dishes personally prepared by the acclaimed chef himself—and yes, it was as good as it sounds.
Beyond the amazing food, the evening sparked conversations about the passion and precision behind BOCU's latest collection, a philosophy that mirrors Chef Boutwood's approach: "precision without excess, and a quiet confidence that allows materials to speak."
BOCU's Summer 2026 collection is rolling out in phases throughout February, with more drops arriving in March. You can check out the fragrances and the rest of the collection at BOCU stores nationwide or online.
