Getting symmetrical winged eyeliner every time is a rare skill many of us have not yet mastered. You basically have to be a professional artist to freehand a perfectly straight line, then do it a second time on your other eye. There are plenty of cheats to help us not-so-talented beauty lovers—putting tape on your eye, using a little plastic bumper, and pulling the skin around your eye—but we haven't yet found a totally foolproof method.
Beth Bender Beauty has just come close to discovering the secret of a ~flawless~ cat-eye. The Winged Eyeliner Stencil is a little plastic cutout that you put over your eyelid and color in with liner, giving you a perfect wing. The stencil creates a barrier on both sides of your eye, unlike other tricks that only help you get a straight line on the bottom of your wing.
