OMG, Sephora x Olive Young Is Happening—So You Can Finally Shop All Your Faves In One Place

Published on Jan 21, 2026
If you've ever fallen into a 2 a.m. Olive Young rabbit hole—tabs open, cart full, heart racing—this news is for you. Sephora has officially partnered with South Korea's beloved beauty retailer Olive Young, and yup, this is the crossover episode we've been desperately manifesting.
For the uninitiated, Olive Young is basically the destination for K-beauty essentials in Korea: The place locals trust for sunscreen, toner pads, pimple patches, and every viral product you've seen on TikTok before it even hits Western shelves. Sephora, of course, needs no introduction. It's the global beauty playground where all your favorite and cult-status brands live. Together? Well, let's just say they're a dangerous combination for our wallets. 😮💨
Sephora Teams Up With Olive Young To Expand Global Access To K-Beauty
The partnership will debut in the latter half of 2026 as an omnichannel launch in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, with more regions to follow. The United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Australia are set for expansion in 2027, making this a long-term beauty partnership.
So what can we actually expect? Sephora customers will get a dedicated Olive Young-curated zone both online and in-store, featuring the Korean beauty products people actually buy, repurchase, and rave about. We're talking trend-driven skincare, innovative formulas, and the kind of gentle-but-effective products that made K-beauty v popular in the first place. The best part? You'll be able to shop it all through Sephora's effective ecosystem—a.k.a. via expert Beauty Advisors and seamless e-commerce system.
This partnership is also a meeting of two retail powerhouses. Sephora currently operates in 35 countries with over 3,400 stores and connects more than 80 million beauty fans worldwide. Olive Young, meanwhile, has grown into the definitive K-beauty authority, with over 1,390 stores across South Korea and a reputation for spotting trends before the rest of the world catches on. Together, they're creating a faster, smarter path for Korean brands to go global—and for consumers to discover them.
"Korean beauty is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing categories right now," said Priya Venkatesh, Sephora's Global Chief Merchandising Officer, in a press release. She also emphasized that Sephora has been championing K-beauty since 2010. Olive Young's Chief Strategy Officer, Youngah Lee, echoed the sentiment, calling the collaboration a meaningful step in expanding Korean brands into key international markets.
Translation? Our skincare routines are about to get even better—R.I.P. to our wallets, though! 😅
