Here, we break down the skin damage brought on by the most common vices.

1. The Coffee Addict

While some of us find it physically impossible to function without that hot venti triple shot latte, drinking coffee can actually be bad for your skin. Caffeine robs the body of Vitamin C, which leads to aging and dehydrated skin. A quick solution, if you so insist that you cannot live without your morning cup of coffee, is to load up on H2O (at least two glasses) for every cup of coffee you drink. 

2. The Night Owl

Whether you work the graveyard shift, party until the club shuts down, or have a bad case of insomnia, staying up late can take its toll on your skin. Burning the midnight oil leads to exhaustion. Skin goes into repair mode when you sleep so not getting enough of it leads to a dull and aged look.

3. The Smoker

Other than seriously affecting your lungs and overall wellness, it can also do some pretty serious harm on your skin. For one, it leads to premature aging, causes dark under eye circles, and dulls your complexion as it depletes your body of vital nutrients.  

4. The Wine Drinker

Ever heard of "Wine Face"? Noticeable redness between the eyes, enlarged pores, dry skin, blotchy complexion—you get the picture. Though red wine may have it’s health benefits, it is also very concentrated and filled with sugar, which leads to dehydration and acne flare-ups.
