Music enthusiasts and the ultimate ~cool~ couple, Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff, started going to music festivals all over the world before anyone else (in our radar, at least) did. Before music festivals became more like a fashion show *ehem Coachella ehem* and less about the music, Anne and Erwan would ever so discreetly fly off anywhere and everywhere just to see their favorite artists perform live.
Much is the case this past weekend when the superstar and restaurateur jetted off to Japan for the 20th Fuji Rock Festival in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. The three-day annual event was held from Friday-Sunday with Anne and Erwan getting the chance to watch rock acts like Sigur Rós, The Album Leaf, Beck, Stereophonics, Explosions in the Sky, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, and Years & Years.
WE ARE SOOO JEALOUS. OMGGGG.
You'll notice that Anne wrote short IG post commentaries on all her music ~feels~ – and there are A LOT. “In case you haven't noticed, I'm very much into Post-Rock music. I love it so much. So imagine how big this festival was for me,” she says. A true music lover indeed. <3
Erwan, on his part, had a foodgasmic experience trying out all the insane food carts in the festival, writing, “Festival food is ruined forever. I'm having grilled Buttered scallops and sake. I also have the option to get some foie Gras, organic coffee, fresh sodas, sustainable? Ramen, oysters, squid, sashimi and wagyu. So ya, music + food = great weekend.” YUMSSSS.
You guys are legit GOALS, OK.
