1 The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dismissed the rape case filed by Deniece Cornejo against Vhong Navarro. In her complaint-affidavit, Deniece claimed that Vhong forced her to perform oral sex on him and he tried to insert his penis in her vagina on January 22, 2014.
