Bea Alonzo's Event Stylists Reveal They Were Booked On The Morning Of Her Wedding

Everyone's still gushing over Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co's surprise wedding—and apparently, even their event stylists were just as shocked as the rest of us.

On July 20, H.Lopez Event Styling took to Instagram to share what they called "the wedding we didn't see coming." According to the styling team, someone from Bea's camp reached out on the morning of July 13—the same day as the wedding!—to ask if they were available to style an "intimate event."

The only instructions they received were the client's preferred peg: a reference photo of a wedding setup featuring soft white styling and white lily flowers. However, H.Lopez Event Styling shared that they had previously worked with Bea's team, so there was already an existing level of trust between them. "The person who contacted us was also the one who trusted us to style Bea Alonzo's bridal shower a few months ago."

Naturally, they said they didn't suspect they were preparing for Bea and Vincent's wedding at all. "We simply focused on bringing the peg to life and making sure every detail was perfectly executed," they wrote. In fact, considering everything circulating online at the time, the team simply assumed Bea was attending an event as a guest.

ICYDK, reports surfaced back in June claiming that the couple had allegedly broken up after their supposed wedding in Spain was called off. Throughout the speculation, however, Bea and Vincent chose not to address the rumors publicly, continuing to keep their relationship private until they eventually announced their marriage themselves.

H.Lopez Event Styling prepared the couple's intimate wedding reception at Txoko Asador in Makati City. They gave fans a closer look at the celebration on Instagram, sharing a video of the beautifully styled reception, where the elegant white-and-lily setup came to life. According to PEP.ph, the reception appeared to have had only 12 guests.

Despite it being a surreal moment for the styling team, they refrained from taking photos during the special dinner. In the comment section of their post, they added, "For those asking for photos of Ms. Bea, we honestly didn't take any because it was such a private and intimate celebration. We wanted to respect the moment and didn't want to intrude. 🥰"

Without any teaser posts on social media or grand wedding fanfare, the couple managed to keep one of the biggest milestones in their relationship completely under wraps. On July 13, they officially tied the knot in a secret civil wedding at the Makati City Hall, only confirming the news themselves two days later when Bea shared photos from the ceremony on Instagram with the caption, "Home🤍."

As more details about the intimate celebration continue to come out, it turns out that parts of their wedding came together at the very last minute—and somehow, everything still worked out perfectly.

On July 15, Bea gave a heartfelt shoutout to her hairstylist on Instagram Stories after revealing that she had agreed to a last-minute request. Alongside a behind-the-scenes photo from her wedding preparations, she wrote, "Special shoutout to my hairstylist @ayumanaog who said yes to a last-minute SOS without hesitation. Love you 🤍."

She also shared that she decided to do her own makeup on one of the biggest days of her life. Posting a photo of herself filling in her brows while her hair was already styled, Bea wrote, "I don't normally do my own makeup for special occasions, but for my wedding day, it just felt more personal. 🤍."

In another Instagram Story, she even thanked the makeup artists she has worked with over the years. Sharing a photo of her finished bridal look, she tagged her trusted glam team and wrote, "Years of sitting in Ms. Tin's and Varda's chairs... I hope I made my teachers proud. 🤍."

Since announcing their marriage, Bea has also been sharing more glimpses of this new chapter in her life. In her most recent Instagram post on July 20, she shared a series of glowing photos of herself with her wedding ring subtly in frame, simply captioning the post, "New season 🤍."
