First question: Is there nothing this woman can’t do? Spiderman: Homecoming star, fashion’s new “it-girl” and general activist Zendaya can now add music video star to her list of talents; and boy, does she do it well.
The 20-year-old was honoured with the Visionary Award at this year’s Teen Choice Awards, and just hours later she was back at work, sharing a glimpse of Bruno Mars’ video for “Versace on the Floor,” in which she stars.
“When the flyest man out here calls you for one of the flyest songs out..you make it happen. #VersaceOnTheFloor @brunomars,” she wrote in an Instagram post alongside the clip.
Zendaya has proven herself to be a huge fan of Bruno Mars in the past. When she starred on US TV show Lip Sync battle, she chose to perform his song 24K Magic, complete with makeover and some seriously realistic moves.
Bruno Mars...or me??? The world may never know. See y'all Sunday ????? pic.twitter.com/bawGVcUa7I— Zendaya (@Zendaya) May 4, 2017
The actress is the perfect casting for this role; not only is she smokin’, she's a big fan of Versace, having worn the brand’s clothes on many of her red carpet appearances. Not that the song really focuses too much on what she’s wearing...
Zendaya’s fans don’t seem to mind, though. When she shared the video they were quick to give their seal of approval. One follower wrote: “I've already watched the video for this like 10x already.”
