ICYDK, a video of Pinoy Big Brother housemate Madam Inutz went viral when she nominated Chie Filomeno and said: "Binibigyan ko ng two points si Chie. Ready na siya, ready na siyang umalis kasi nga wala naman siyang ginawa. Wala naman siyang mai-ambag sa bahay kundi pagpapaganda."
Chie's brother, Rio Filomeno, took to Facebook to defend her, as people have started bashing Chie on social media. Rio says Chie is a genuine and hardworking person who "doesn't deserve the shallow hate she's receiving." Rio described how selfless Chie is and how she became a breadwinner at a young age.
"My sister is still facing cyberbullying, body shaming, and misogyny from nasty people in all different social media platforms with them not knowing who she really is. Cyberbullying just became a trend [for] them to join in the bandwagon of hating someone. All they have is yung mga false accusations nila and napaka-unfair ng judgment nila. Ang masama din dito KAPWA BABAE pa nagbo-body shame and nag-spread ng misogyny about her."
He then proceeded to enumerate Chie's contributions while inside the Pinoy Big Brother house, along with a video compilation. Read his full post below:
