Here's Why 'Darna' Won't Be ~Flying~ Anytime Soon

The movie has been *postponed indefinitely*.

The company thanked the cast, staff, and production crew for their hard work.

Filming for the superhero movie started with Jane De Leon as the iconic character and with Paulo Avelino as her leading man in January 2020. It was supposed to be directed by Heneral Luna director Jerrold Tarog. Just this week, PEP reported that the movie already cost film company Star Cinema P140 million.
