Last February, Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres announced that she was diagnosed with skin cancer and was waiting to see which treatment she will be receiving.
In an Instagram update, Dayanara revealed good news that her cancer is not spreading and it hasn’t reached any of her organs.
In the update, she thanked her followers for the love, support and prayers, calling this period in her life “very difficult.” She also cited a Netflix documentary called Heal which talks about the phenomena called “entanglement” and said that it proves “how so many prayers have reached me, even when I’m miles and miles away from you because we are all connected.”
Dayanara also shared that she’s receiving her first radiation treatment on March 1. She wrote, “I might get a bit weak and some muscular pains but I’m asking you to pray.”
