Diego Loyzaga and Barbie Imperial's relationship was one of the topics that were included in one of Ogie Diaz's showbiz updates. In the video, Ogie and Mama Loi discussed Diego's explanation as to why he went to the U.S. without his girlfriend.
In his explanation, Diego said that he wasn't sure if Barbie had a blue passport or not, to which Ogie pointed out, "Bakit may mga 'I think', 'di ba sila nag-usap?"
Mama Loi said that Diego should have had a more *straightforward* answer during his press conference: "Diba dapat mas diretso na salita na, 'She would like to come' or 'I invited her to come with me kaso she doesn't have a visa.' Diba dapat ganun?"
"Bakit 'I think she doesn't have a passport,' 'I think she doesn't have a visa.' Bakit di mo alam?"
Ogie also noted that it's been a while since Diego and Barbie posted about each other online. He said that according to one of his sources, the two have allegedly called it quits already.
"Ito lang po yung nasagap natin ano, na yung dalawa raw eh wala na. Totoo ba? Ito ay tinatanong ko, ah. Kasi meron lang pong nagparating sa akin na sina Diego Loyzaga at Barbie Imperial, ang kanilang relasyon, kung saan na napunta... Ang sabi lang sakin, ah, waley na raw."
In the end, Ogie said that if ever the rumors *weren't* true, he hoped that the two would still be able to reconcile if they were going through a rough patch. "Sana hindi pa sila naghiwalay. Sana kung may problema sila, maayos naman 'yan. Yun naman ang ating hino-hope," he concluded.
