The 29-year-old actress and mom welcomed the New Year with a TikTok video, expressing her hope to start fresh and put to rest the false rumors. The rumor in question: Elisse allegedly became a mistress in some relationships.

"Time to clear the air—not a kabit. never was," she fiercely wrote in the in-text caption of her video. With this statement came a declaration of her 2026 POV to choose peace despite the rumors associated with her.

She added, "2026: minding my own business, building, and choosing peace. Leaving false narratives in 2025. Entering 2026 lighter."

As of writing, the video has garnered over 600,000 views on TikTok alone. People have commented on her post, casting doubts about whether Elisse is being truthful about it.

One online user asked, "Pero naging reason ng breakup? 😳" Elisse was quick to respond to it with a simple but resounding, "No."

Over on Instagram, Elisse posted a video compilation of all the fun times she's had, particularly with her daughter, Felize. She reflected on 2025 as a year that tested her in ways she never expected—one that broke her down, as she described it.

"The year that broke me and quietly rebuilt me. Thank you, 2025. Hello, 2026. I'm excited for you! 🎆 Wishing the new year to be kinder to you in all the ways you need," her caption read.

Truly, 2025 was a year that challenged Elisse, and she has shared that with the world. Her New Year's TikTok video appeared to be the first time that she spoke about circulating rumors about her love life, and also her latest statement months after her separation from her ex-partner, McCoy De Leon.

Elisse and McCoy, also known as McLisse, announced their breakup last July 2025. Although they did not go into detail about their split, the ex-couple came to a mutual decision to put an end to it.

"But now, we're learning to let go. Together, we're releasing that dream [of family]… so we can finally allow a new kind of peace, growth, and healing to enter. And letting go doesn't mean we failed. Because what we had was real. And it gave us the greatest gift—our Felize," their breakup statement read.

At present, the two are on an amicable co-parenting setup for their daughter.
