Erwan Heussaff Got Real About Anne Curtis Filming Intimate Scenes—And It's Major Green Flag Energy

The idea of your partner being clingy with another person may spark jealousy for some—but definitely not for Erwan Heussaff, a chef and content creator who the Internet also lovingly dubbed as "asawa ni Anne Curtis."
Anne is known for her craft, particularly in romantic dramas where she is often cast in different love teams that require intimate scenes, and people are naturally curious about how Erwan feels about it.
"I met Anne, she was already doing all these movies... Totally fine. No jealousy," Erwan told Matteo Guidicelli in an interview on Matteo G Primetime.
Erwan made it clear that Anne's intimate scenes neither spark jealousy or even a "pinch on his heart" when watching them. In fact, he explained that viewing these scenes as part of her job as an actress gives him a healthier perspective and removes any malicious meaning behind them.
He instead shared that what makes things awkward is when people try to get a reaction out of him, especially whenever he attends block screenings of Anne's films. Recalling her latest movie with Jericho Rosales, The Loved One, which includes an intimate scene, Erwan joked that he made a deal with his staff before the screening started.
"I told my whole staff before the movie started, I said, if during the kiss scene—because I know there's a love scene here—between Anne and Jericho, if anyone looks at me during this scene, you're fired," he joked.
For Erwan, that confidence comes from acknowledging that outside the relationship, they are two separate people. "Who am I to kind of tell her what to do, or change who she is, or anything like that, right?" he stressed.
He continued, "It's like her asking me to stop cooking. I know it's very different, but if you look at it as part of a job, it is a job, right? And that's fine."
This sense of independence has remained central to Erwan and Anne's relationship—allowing each other to grow individually, take up their own space, and remain their own person outside of the relationship. According to Erwan, this dynamic is what keeps their marriage long-lasting, loving, and strong.
"It's not trying to change who we are, who we were. Obviously, as people, you always want to challenge each other and kind of grow together and evolve. It doesn't mean that someone can't change," he expressed.
"But if you decided to marry a person, you're marrying that person at that moment and whatever comes with that person, right? And so, it's very unfair when you see couples kind of like start fighting because they're like, 'Oh, I wanted you to be this for me,'" he added.
We're manifesting this kind of healthy relationship for all of us! 🥰
