'Fifty Shades Darker' Will Have NO CUTS In Local Cinemas!

The film's been given an R-18 rating by the MTRCB, and it will be shown 'without cuts, blurs, and blacked-out parts!'

Just a week before the release of Fifty Shades Darker, a full one-minute clip of one of the raciest scenes in the movie was released for all our, uh, viewing pleasure. We don't want to spoil anything, so you're better off just clicking the play button below.

According to an official press release, the film has been given a rating of R-18 by the MTRCB. The original US version of the film will be shown in Philippine theaters without cuts, blurs, and blacked-out parts.

The MTRCB justified its R-18 classification due to the following contents in the film:

  • Prolonged and realistic depiction of sexual activity and aberrational sexual behavior
  • Scenes involving bondage and dominance, sadism and masochism
  • Nudity (breast, butt and pubic hair exposure)
  • Strong and/or sexual language.

We bet you all still remember what went down when the first film was shown here (#FiftyShadesofBlur!) So #yay!
