Fil-Am Amy Vachal From 'The Voice US' Is A Hit With The Judges

Time to subscribe to her YouTube page!

Brooklyn-based Fil-Am Amy Vachal was a hit with judges Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams, who all turned around at the same time after hearing her sing during The Voice's Blind Auditions. Well, fine, Adam didn't turn around, because his team was "full." The Maroon 5 frontman said, "Not only am I sad that I didn't get to turn for you, but you could win this whole thing."

Amy, who has family in Cebu (She is the niece of ex-governor and Cebu 3rd District representative Gwendolyn Garcia), sang Ella Fitzgerald's "Dream a Little Dream of Me" with her soulful voice. And while all the judges wanted her, she chose to be under Team Pharrell!

Now, thanks to The Internet, we’ve unearthed Amy’s very own YouTube page (amytunes) where she’s been posting various covers. P.S. Her earliest song was five years ago! Here’s a vid of her covering the exact same song she performed on The Voice:
