1 In a recent interview with ABS-CBN, Julia Barretto said that it is unfair for her to choose between her leading men, Joshua Garcia and Ronnie Alonte. The trio starred in 2016's Vince and Kath and James, and Ronnie is also Julia's leading man in the primetime series A Love To Last.
Julia said that she is grateful her supporters accept both love teams. “Natutuwa lang ako na mainit 'yung pagtanggap sa amin ni Josh and sa amin din ni Ronnie. Kasi before, kahit isa hindi ako makahanap [ng love team]. I’m thankful na with the two boys, tanggap na tanggap. [But] If I am being very honest, hindi siya parating madali because I always have to be fair. I have to keep it balanced always. I’ve been very real. Whatever you see, it’s because okay ako sa dalawa. My friendship with Ronnie is okay, my friendship with Joshua is okay. Feeling ko 'yun ang pinaka-importante sa lahat.” she said.

In a follow-up tweet, Lea thanked fans who sent their support, saying "Nic is fine, and is her normal, bubbly self. To those that sent messages of support and understanding, thank you. Let me get this off my chest. There were some fans who yesterday approached my daughter. Afterwards she ran back to me in tears, scared.

For the most part I try to be accommodating. But when you mess with my kid and make her cry, you've messed with me.

If she develops a hatred for fans, I honestly cannot blame her. On behalf of all artists, please respect our personal space and boundaries.
