Kaley Cuoco is fighting back against plastic surgery stigma by sharing her own empowering experience with going under the knife.

In her December cover interview for Women's Health, the Big Bang Theory star opened up about the cosmetic procedures she's has done over the years, and how much these procedures have fueled her confidence.

"Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs—best thing I ever did," she told the magazine. "Recently, I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing."

As Yahoo points out, Kaley's openness about plastic surgery is a big step from just a couple years ago, when she took to Instagram to deny having gotten a nose job.

"For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breath through my nose like a normal human being in years," she wrote. "This surgery is changing my life. With that being said, if I did get a nose job, which I didn't, I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well."

But it's safe to say Kaley has come a long way since then, and she seems happier and healthier than ever. Later in the interview, Cuoco went on to talk about how working out and eating right have become essential to her everyday life, and how they've helped her to feel good about herself.

"Bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21 anymore," she said. "It used to be so easy, I didn’t have to do as much. Now, it’s part of my day—working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day."

"Sometimes do I want to get up in the morning and do it?" she continued. "No. But when I get out, I feel like a million bucks."
