Madame Tussauds has officially announced that Kathryn will soon unveil her very own wax figure in Hong Kong.
According to the official press release, the wax figure was completed last August and will be officially displayed at the Madame Tussauds Museum in Hong Kong in 2026, joining the roster of global icons such as Rihanna, Timothee Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, and Lady Gaga.
"Kathryn Bernardo is known as the box office queen in the Philippine film industry. She has won countless awards for 20 years in her acting career. She began to perform at the age of seven," Madame Tussauds Hong Kong stated.
Wade Chang, General Manager of Merlin Entertainments in Hong Kong, expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with the actress and admiration for her hard work and achievements in the entertainment industry.
"We attach great importance to the Philippine market and are committed to bringing them an unforgettable experience. Kathryn is a hard-working and inspiring artist. Her achievements have global influence and are the ideal candidate for our wax museum," Wade said.
In an Instagram Reel, Madame Tussauds offered fans a glimpse into the meticulous process of crafting Kathryn's wax figure. From taking precise measurements to perfecting her hair color, eye shade, and even her exact skin tone, the process was extensive and required multiple photoshoots to capture every detail.
Kathryn expressed her gratitude for another dream come true: "Being able to have your own wax figure is really like a dream come true. I am very grateful for the trust and support of Madame Tussauds Hong Kong."
"I also look forward to fans around the world interacting with my wax figures in person, especially in Hong Kong, which means a lot to me," the actress added.
