Kisses Delavin and Donny Pangilinan recently went on Tonight With Boy Abunda, where they spilled the deets about their experience at this year's ABS-CBN Ball. During the interview (which involved Kisses' clip sliding off her hair because she was gushing so much), the pair also talked about their first time to attend a major function together and how awkward it was compared to this year.
Fans noticed that the love team, also known as "DonKiss," didn't arrive at the ball together. When Boy Abunda asked about it and the notable bouquet of flowers that Donny gave his onscreen partner, Donny shared that it was all "planned." "Ang sinabi namin, 'doon na lang tayo magkita para first time ko makita ang gown mo, first time mo din makita ang suot ko.' Parang drama, gan'un!"
We also found out that it was Kisses' first time to attend an afterparty! Donny shared that after the program, he asked her to stay longer, but Kisses protested that her parents might be looking for her soon (awww, such a bb).
So they called them on the phone, asked for permission, and literally danced the night away—which was really something, considering Kisses' petticoat-heavy princess ball gown! Kisses also won the fan favorite award at this year's ball—for the second time in a row.
