LINK LOVE: Beyonce Dominates Grammy Nominations; Tiger Woods Has Three Mistresses?

Check out this week’s biggest showbiz newsmakers.

1. The Grammys have released the nominees for the 52nd Grammy Awards, and as expected, hit-maker Beyonce leads the pack with ten nods. Teen country singer Taylor Swift comes close with eight nominations, while Black Eyed Peas, Maxwell, and Kanye West have six nods each.

2. Sadly, our avant-garde princess Lady Gaga, who was the much-anticipated nominee in this year's Best New Artist race, was found ineligible for the award. The reason? Her sleeper hit "Just Dance" already received a Best Dance Recording nomination in the 2009 Grammys but lost to Daft Punk's "Harder Better Faster Stronger." Here's good news for Lady Gaga fans, though: she scored five Grammy nominations, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

3. At the wake of the Manny-Jinkee-Krista love-triangle issue, which is not really over yet, another sports superstar, world's top golfer Tiger Woods, is currently under scrutiny for being linked to, not one or two, but three mistresses! Is this some ongoing trend among world-famous athletes

4. Katrina Halili, who felt relieved after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) decided to revoke Hayden Kho Jr.'s license as medical doctor, divulged that she doesn't have any suitors at the moment. "Siguro sila ang magkaka-trauma sa 'kin, dahil alam nila ang mangyayari sa kanila kapag gumawa sila ng hindi maganda sa 'kin," she said in one interview.

5. On other news, rumors have hit the airwaves that Hayden Kho Jr. has attempted suicide after the aforementioned incidents. According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, Hayden's legal counsel, the former doctor was confined in a hospital due to "intestinal flu."

6. LJ Reyes graces the cover of FHM Philippines' December issue--a move that's two years overdue, as she was originally slated to pose for the bestselling men's mag in November 2007. She is now the fifth Starstruck alumni to be featured on the cover of FHM after Katrina Halili, Cristine Reyes, Iwa Moto, and Jennylyn Mercado.

7. Speaking of covers, do you already have Cosmopolitan Philippines' December ish? Featured on the cover is blooming actress Maja Salvador, with JC de Vera as this month's Man On Fire. Just make sure to check out behind-the-scenes videos of Maja and JC before rushing to the nearest bookshops and convenience stores.
