On July 28, 2018, Nico Bolzico showed his protective side on Instagram—albeit humorously—when he laid down the ground rules for male dogs interested in “dating” his pet Pochola.
His post growls at a Fox Terrier named Ody: “I am #Pochola's father and she is not looking for a partner! Yes, Ody the Fox Terrier, I am talking to you! I saw you sniffing her the other day! I'll let that one pass, but next time I'll be waiting for you in your favorite empty lot where you always pee!”
Shirtless, ripped, and fierce, Nico also has a word for all the female dogs, warning them that Pochola has a curfew: “She is allowed to go out only on Fridays and Saturdays, and she must be back by 9 p.m., at the latest.” He also tells a certain furry companion named Elena: “9 p.m., stop insisting; if you go where Ody is, then [Pochola] is not allowed to go!”
Nico even says he did all he could to look menacing: “I am flexing to death and I added all the possible filters [to highlight the muscles] to impose some fear on the male dog community, especially you, Ody! Beware, I am watching!” His hilarious hashtag reads, “Look at my face, now back to me, now back to my face, now back to my eyes. Yes, I am fierce.”
Nico and his wife Solenn welcomed Pochola into their lives on July 5, 2018. He posted about how everyone in the household had to adjust to the sweet puppy, including their turtle El Patato and their cat El Gato Negroni.
