Marian Rivera gave birth to baby number two, Sixto G. Dantes IV on April 16. In time for Easter Sunday, Dingdong Dantes posted a touching message for Baby Sixto.
Dingdong shared a beautiful photo of Marian and Baby Sixto that read, “We asked for a healthy sibling to Letizia and he blessed us with a boy— a bonus indeed.”
“Today in His resurrection, days after the birth of Sixto, we are again reminded of our mission in this world. Through this blessing, I have renewed my commitment to live a more meaningful life not just for myself, but for my family and others as well,” Dingdong’s caption read.
Now a father of two, Dingdong added that God is “graciously alive in all of us” and said, “His presence is definitely overflowing through my son, through my wife, and Letizia.”
Meanwhile, Marian posted her own Easter Sunday greeting of a photo of Dingdong with a two-day-old Baby Sixto that read, “Noon, nangarap kaming magkaroon ng supling at binigyan Niya kami ng isa. Makalipas ang tatlong taon, humingi kami at ibinigay Niya.”
Calling the birth of her son an “answered prayer,” Marian said, “Naguumapaw ang aking puso sa biyayang ito. Akala ko hindi ko kakayanin, ngunit, nakaraos ako dahil sa supporta ng mga nagmamahal sa pamilya namin, lalung-lalo na dahil sa mga dasal niyong lahat. Maraming salamat. Ngayong nabuhay na ulit si Hesus, muling ipinapaalala ng araw na ito na lahat tayo ay biyaya ng Diyos sa isa’t-isa.”
The Kapuso actress added, “Ito na marahil ang pinakamasayang Pasko Ng Pagkabuhay ng aking buong pakikipagsapalaran sa mundong ito, dahil sila—si Dong, si Letizia at si Sixto—sila ang aking buhay.”
