It looks like Piolo Pascual is more than just an award-winning actor, celebrity endorser, producer, musician, and athletehe's adding "philanthropist" to his multi-hyphenated name.

Actor and active government supporter, Robin Padilla, recently took to Instagram to highlight the generosity shown by Piolo and director Joyce Bernal with their donations towards the rehabilitation of Marawi City in Mindanao.

In a heartfelt caption, Robin shared, "Bihira ang mga taong may ganitong klaseng puso at pananampalataya.

Robin noted that Piolo donated P1 million pesos while Joyce, Piolo's fellow Spring Films producer, gave P500,000. But beyond the financial aid, the two are more than willing to extend any form of help to restore Marawi City which was under siege for 154 days.

Piolo and Joyce most recently collaborated in the film, Last Night, with Kapamilya star Toni Gonzaga. Robin, on the other hand, has been actively participating in the Bangon Marawi movement set up by the government in rehabilitating the city.
