Sarah Lahbati Got Featured On 'The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties'—And She's Eyeing A P300M+ Apartment In Paris

For those curious about what actress Sarah Lahbati has been up to lately, here's what we know: she's been having the best time of her life in Paris—and has set her sights on buying a property for herself and her children.

The Netflix show The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties, a French reality series that follows the Kretz & Partners real estate agency as they sell luxury properties and castles across Europe, featured the actress as one of its guests searching for a home in Season 6.

Her budget? It's at €5 million, which is approximately P349,650,000 when converted to Philippine pesos. 

But aside from the budget, what impressed the Internet is her fluency in the French language! All throughout her stint in episode 3, Sarah conversed in the French language that even Valentin Kretz, the season's host, commended her for her "impeccable" accent! 

"My father is Moroccan and my mother is Filipino. But I grew up in Geneva... Sometimes I forget words, because I think and speak in English," the actress shared in French. 

In the show, Sarah inquired about one of the high-end Parisian apartments near the Arc De Triomphe, which is priced at €4.75 million. The actress wanted a place near the Metro area and schools because, as she explained, she's looking at the possibility of her two children—Kai and Zion—studying in the area.

"It's my dream that perhaps one day, my children will study here. Hopefully, that happens," she said.

The actress said that one of her priorities is having enough space for guests to unwind, a preference she attributes to the Filipino culture of occasionally hosting visitors. A spacious layout, she noted, is definitely a must.

She also made sure the apartment included a walk-in closet, sharing on the show that she is now "separated," and therefore needs just enough space for her belongings.

Of course, she also prioritized her children's comfort, asking about the rooms where they would be staying to ensure they have the best space in Paris.

"I'm leaving for Manila tomorrow. I'd really like my mother and kids to see the apartment,” Sarah expressed, adding that their agreement would definitely help her decide.

"I have a good feeling about the apartment," she added.
