The Sexbomb Girls And BINI Performed Each Other's Hits—And Showed Us All How Girls Support Girls

Sexbomb Girls and BINI showed that real girl power is all about lifting each other up—leaving no room for comparisons or needless competition. The two groups celebrated this unity on stage, with Sexbomb performing their hit "Halukay Ube" transitioning into BINI’s "Pantropiko" and "Salamin, Salamin" during Sexbomb’s "rAWnd 3" concert on Friday, ebruary 6 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

"Sa Islang Pantropiko... Get Get Awww!!!☀️🌴," BINI wrote in its official page.  "Sa ating mga pinalaki ng Sexbomb, this one's for the core memory vault!" they added. 

BINI, in full attendance with Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena, took to the stage in retro-inspired outfits, perfectly complementing Sexbomb's purple metallic retro 'fits. Coming from different generations, the two P-pop girl groups thrilled Blooms and Daisies alike, who were ecstatic to see them perform together.

After BINI’s performance, Sexbomb lead singer Rochelle Pangilinan made it clear that girls support girls—emphasizing that there is no competition between them and urging fans to continue supporting P-pop girl groups just as passionately.

"Alam mo po ba, sa totoo lang, ang anak namin ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit isa ako sa nag-push ng concert kasi sobrang fan si Shiloh ng [BINI]. So, ngayon kinakanta niya," Rochelle shared.

"Sobrang proud ako sa BINI noong nagkaroon sila ng hype talaga. Kasi bibihira lang talagang magkaroon ng P-Pop dito. So kung sakali makakasayaw namin sila, bakit hindi? Nakakatuwa 'yun," the actress-dancer added.

Before the concert even began, Rochelle's daughter Shiloh was surprised by BINI with an exclusive meet and greet, an experience the actress-dancer described as "priceless."

"Higit sa anumang material na bagay, binigyan niyo siya ng core memory na habang-buhay niyang dadalhin. Yung kilig, saya, at feeling na inabutan siya ng pagmamahal at inspirasyon… priceless," Rochelle wrote.

This isn’t the first time the Sexbomb Girls addressed comparisons between the two girl groups. In 2025, Sexbomb members Aira Bermudez and Aifha Medina praised BINI as the "Nation's Girl Group," emphasizing that even though they didn't receive the same title during their time, it is well-deserved for BINI because this is their moment, their generation.

"Time ng BINI ngayon, we have to respect that.. Parang lahat tayo may timing sa buhay. Saka nire-represent nila 'yung country natin so we have to be proud," Aira shared in an interview with Tito Boy Abunda.
