Guess What? The SexBomb Girls' Sold-Out Concert Reunion Almost Didn't Happen—And Now There's A Day 3

Published on Dec 13, 2025
Let the SexBomb Girls be proof that sometimes, you just have to do it yourself. After decades of dominating Filipino pop culture, the iconic girl group staged a sold-out reunion concert—and it almost didn't happen.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, group leader Rochelle Pangilinan revealed the struggle behind the scenes. "When we decided to do this concert, aminado kami—sumugal kami. Walang gustong mag-produce," she admitted. Despite approaching multiple industry names, no one wanted to take on the challenge.
But the SexBomb Girls didn't let that stop them. They took matters into their own hands: personally reaching out to trusted contacts, securing the right venues, coordinating with technical teams, and managing logistics alongside their management families at PPL Entertainment and Sparkle. With a mix of grit, trust, and pure determination, they pulled off not just one, but two epic nights at the Araneta Coliseum and SM Mall of Asia Arena.
And now, thanks to overwhelming fan demand, there's going to be a Day 3! Teased towards the ending of the second show on December 9, the final night of Get, Get, Aw! promises even more surprises, star-studded performances, and all the girl-power energy fans have been craving.
Expect the girlies to perform their biggest hits like "Bakit Papa," "Halukay Ube," and the ever-unforgettable "Spaghetti Song," along with solo and duo numbers from Rochelle and Jopay Paguia. Fans might also be in for surprise guest appearances, from playful dances with the SexBalls (Ogie Alcasid, Michael V, Antonio Aquintaña, and Wendell Ramos) to Monty Macalino's unforgettable duet of Jopay during the second night. Details on the venue, date, and tickets are still under wraps, but the buzz is real.
According to Rochelle, the shows were more than just concerts—they were a labor of love. "Walang kasiguraduhan. Pero tinuloy namin… kasi hindi naman pera ang hangad namin," she wrote, emphasizing that the reunion was about gratitude, making amends, and giving fans a gift worthy of their loyalty. She expressed deep appreciation for those who believed in their vision: the team behind the scenes, longtime management, and of course, the fans.
Rochelle made it clear that the reunion's success wouldn't have been possible without those who grew up dancing in their living rooms, memorizing routines, and cheering them on through the years—the beloved "mga pinalaki ng SexBomb." Their overwhelming support, from fans who traveled far or took time off just to join the shows, made the sold-out nights—and the announcement of Day 3—possible. In her words, "Kayo ang dahilan kung bakit worth it lahat… kung bakit nagbukas ulit ang ilaw."
