Supermodel Karlie Kloss posted a very angry tweet about Philippine Airlines. Taking an airport selfie with the PAL check-in counter behind her, Karlie typed the words “NO ONE FLYS IN PHILIPINES AIRLINES [sic] …AND NOW I KNOW WHY” in big red bold letters.
She said she experienced the "worst customer service of all time" and that PAL’s service was "rude and disrespectful."
In her Snapchat account, Karlie revealed that her complaint came after she got lackluster service from PAL and missed her flight out of the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.
"I travel international on a weekly basis and I have never had a worse customer experience than I have tonight. Thanks Philippine Airlines," she said.
PAL’s official Twitter account has since sent a series of tweets to the supermodel:
@karliekloss Hi, Karlie. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the disappointment you felt.— Philippine Airlines (@flyPAL) June 7, 2016
@karliekloss Please let us know your concern and your ticket details through DM so we may assist you properly. Thank you.— Philippine Airlines (@flyPAL) June 7, 2016
Karlie has already acknowledged PAL's reply and said she would send in her details.
@flyPAL Thank you :) I'll DM you now.— Karlie Kloss (@karliekloss) June 7, 2016
@karliekloss Hi Karlie. Noted on this. We will wait for your DM.— Philippine Airlines (@flyPAL) June 7, 2016
Hope these two patch things up! Stay tuned for updates.
