It all started when Charlie Puth, American singer-songwriter (y’all know his hit “We Don’t Talk Anymore” with Selena Gomez), was bored AF in his hotel room one rainy Saturday afternoon when he chanced upon a certain Star Cinema movie playing on TV.
The movie? Everyday I Love You starring Liza Soberano, Enrique Gil, and Gerald Anderson.
So Charlie did what any bored millennial would do—use Snapchat. He did some wicked funny narrations over the film and caught it all on vid!
Maybe he took notice of her from the movie (or not) because the next day, Charlie hit up our girl Liza on Twitter inviting her to catch his concert that same night. (Whaaaaat?!?!?!?!) But, sadly, Liza had to decline the offer—ever so graciously, though!
@charlieputh sorry I couldn't make it!! Hope to see you next time around ????????— Hope Elizabeth (@lizasoberano) August 14, 2016
During his concert on Sunday night at the Kia Theater, Charlie addressed his apparent "attraction" to Liza—and yes, the crowd went wiiiild. Watch the vid below and get all kilig yourself. *cries*
Really, how is it like being you, Liza?
