Wellness isn't just a trend anymore—it's a lifestyle (and sometimes, a full-time job). Between cortisol hacks, cold plunges, and TikTok telling you to romanticize literally everything, it's easy to feel like you're behind if you're not doing all the things. But here's the truth: taking care of yourself doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or another chore on your already-packed to-do list.
A Cosmo Girl gets that. She's not buying into wellness for the sake of it—she's choosing routines that actually make her feel good.
